i found a book that speaks to me & i want to share it with you. braiding sweet grass is written by dr. robin wall kimmerer, a member of the citizen potawatomi nation. she weaves indigenous knowledge with her training in botany & plant ecology to encourage an ecological consciousness that reaffirms our reciprocal relationship with all life & our planet. i haven’t finished it yet but reading these essays gave me the feels 💕
